We refused a meet a couple as one of the photos showed the curtains.
They looked like they'd been cut with a blunt knife, all frayed and ragged.

The thing is op women aren't responsible for men's fingernails. I'm guessing if they're having sex with them the guys are of a standard they find acceptable and they don't need to increase them.

So many indicators for us that make us not want to meet or play.
General hygiene, clutter in photos, pictures take over kids toys and toilets etc. piles of laundry in photo backgrounds, certain tattoos with faces of loved ones especially children put us right out of the mood.

I dont see what the problem with OPs message was and I dont see why he's walking it back either. A lot of women need to stop rewarding male mediocrity. I dont care how that sounds.
