Is it a thing without knowing the person on the other end? Probably less likely.

(I've seen quite a few threads that go something like this "I message women who say they're interested in phone sex, and they won't have phone sex with me. Why do they say it if they won't do it?" The idea that you have to have some attraction/conversation first escapes people )
