I now would not mail a person back with hidden profile Or wish to meet with out seeing a profile and pics, I have to see if I am attracted to them has to be something. I would not meet if all there validations hidden and if show people listed their profiles are hidden that all ring alarm bells to me . I am sure they have there reasons . Call me picky but that’s me . |

Some people have valid reasons to hide their profile temporarily, stalkers and creepy exes usually. Though it's odd to be reaching out to new people without explaining the situation there.
Some people have hidden profiles because they're sneaking behind a partner's back and don't want to be caught. Generally if someone is reaching out to strangers I do assume it's that situation rather than the former 💜 |

^^ this. I jave friends who regularly hide their profile as they are not meeting at the moment but I know who they are. If it's an opening message or very early stages, I'll just ignore and move on. |
