I am doing a little lunch for a special friend tomorrow so need your help to choose one of the following menus I am considering please so I can prepare and do all my shopping today. Please only stick with one of those. What would you suggest, A,B,C,D or E? Thanking you.

A- Aegean Breeze

Greek salad with heirloom tomatoes, marinated feta, capers, oregano oil, lemon zest

Lemon thyme roast chicken

with smashed rosemary potatoes, charred courgettes, garlic yogurt

Dark chocolate fondant, molten centre, vanilla ice cream

B- Parisian Delight

Warm goat’s cheese toast, honey & thyme

Dijon herb roast chicken with creamy mash, glazed carrots, green beans

Chocolate pots de crème

C- Italian Seduction

Burrata with roasted grapes & basil oil

Crispy chicken milanese with lemon & parmesan and rocket salad, cherry tomatoes, shaved pecorino

Chocolate tiramisu with espresso and dark cocoa

D- Spanish Heat

Gazpacho

Grilled sea bream with lemon, patatas panaderas, sautéed spinach with garlic

Churros with thick chocolate sauce

E – Oriental Charm

Fattoush, herbs, crisp pita, lemony dressing

Saffron chicken, jeweled rice, roasted carrots, yogurt tahini

Dark chocolate & cardamom pots

Yes is called Gazpacho caliente, made with roasted vegetables and served warm with croutons

It is a sort of soup. Hopefully will get passed that and stay focused on the task at hand of choosing one of the proposed menus or will never be ready for shopping.
