I feel less lethargic during the day. I haven't been sick in many months. I also drink plenty of water and exercise regularly. Regular sleep pattern. |

Daily..
One multivit + minerals
One vit D3 (1000 iu)
On top of a pretty decent diet.
I often wonder if I could (and how much it would cost) to send what I take to a lab for analysis, to see how well they hold up to their stated contents tho ... |

I take one designed for women my age ie peri menopausal. I also take magnesium and omega 3.
They definitely give me more energy and help with my dry skin /eyes.
The magnesium was for sleep, it doesn't really help sleep, but is good for anxiety. |

You probably won't notice a difference as the benefit is both mild and slowly incremental (unless you have a huge deficiency).
Even if you don't see a huge difference a decent multivitamin is a pretty inexpensive health insurance policy.
I take a few. |

I have a relatively good diet (5 a day & all that) but I do take various supplements for extra support, in case I'm lacking. They appear to help overall....more energy, more focused, better skin & hair.
