In The End 👌🏼
Almost an afterthought given it’s the final track from MM:Mexico City.
As a lifelong DM super fan, In The End harks back to the bands halcyon days of Violator & SOFD in my humble opinion. |

Changes all the time, so many to choose.
Lots of classics already mentioned. Blasphemous Rumors is lyrical genius, and haunting, and is a double A side with Somebody which I love so much, so that's what I'll go with today. But might have a different choice tomorrow |

Listening to DM now 
It is always very bittersweet for me- my first ever boyfriend was their biggest fan. I loved him with all the might my little teenage heart could we remained involved-ish for the following 10 years until we fell out for good but I was in touch with his family. He died very suddenly and unexpectedly, completely alone and possibly terrified 5 years ago.
Don’t know why I felt the need to share that, apologies. Been feeling very emotional lately. Bloody hormones haha. 😜
So difficult to detach Depeche Mode from him. But it’s a nice bittersweet to chill and listen. |
