Some people seem reportedly to be disproportionately affected by such allegations and I don't personally experience it. All reports of people who don't show up for meetings, are always investigated, if you report them to Admin |

I think that good communication is key and best not to jump to conclusions, etc. Sometimes there can be a simple misunderstanding and before one gets a chance to explain themselves the other has blocked without gaining a real understanding. |

In my experience, when I was here as part of a couple. Those that let us down were just chancers. Liked the thrill of the chase but going through with the actual meet was too much. It didnt happen often to us but it happened.
That was quite awhile ago though now and as a single on here, so far it hasnt happened.
If I say i'm gonna be there. I'll be there. But I tend to meet more at clubs now |

How about ‘3 strikes and you’re out’
3 failed meets, one’s that have been arranged and they just fail to show up without a good reason, in 12 months and your then suspended for 6 months.
Not really a serious suggestion as would be to hard to manage, just trying to thin out the competition, lol. |

I think they could alter the site so you do a official meet which you both agree to , and shows on your profile if you attended or not and do it on a strike basis if you don’t attend |

The timewasters and dreamers have always been here but as always if you take time to investigate and ask the right questions they are easy to identify and avoid.
What we have noticed in recent years is the number of couples who are only interested in fuck and go meets. Not wanting to take time to get to know one another. Plus in the last year we have chatted to three or four couples about meeting who have suddenly announced they are only interested in bareback. |

That's good to know.
I've only had one no show and I'd walked 100m out of my way and bought a drink in a wetherspoons so it didn't matter. I did wonder was he there and didn't like the look of me, but there didn't seem to be anyone matching his photo. No further messages, so no excuses. My first meeting I nearly bottled and I have adhd so I ghost people by just forgetting about that, so I guess it's bound to happen. In the main I've had some very positive experiences with meet ups, although there seem to be some time wasting keyboard warriors who don't arrange to meet, and people have been at least nice and much less scary than I feared |

It’s a mission impossible. We try our best to out all the shit bags. But, unfortunately they still get in. We’ve had our fair share of disappointment. When we arrange meets, we always host and still nobody turns up. People have know idea what they’re missing out on. |

I do think I live in a different fab world to most people. I don’t tend to see time wasters. I can think of one incident in my entire time on here where someone has properly mucked me around.
I think people are too willing to let their good judgement be overruled for the thrill of the chase. |
