Anyone else have the worst timing messaging people?
I always find I message someone who appears online and soon as I've hit send and gone back to their profile they've logged off a few moments before and then I figure the message is lost to the æther under a pile of other messages, Then I feel awful messaging again because it's looks pushy.

I time it by tracking online movement , creating a spreadsheet detailing the most likely times of logging on by recent activity and timing the message precisely about 37 seconds before login . 
To be honest though , I’m actually rather impressed at how my friends and people I interact with privately find and respond to my messages under the deluge they must get at times .
I could take this opportunity to firmly poke the ribs of one particular friend replies on average about three weeks later but I won’t 😂😂 |

I didn’t know that was a thing ! "
Yeah if you click at the top of your messages you can tap it to see friends messages first...I still lose the odd one though but works well x |

I never log out but show online but sometimes busy for hours before I get chance to actually check something and sometimes if beast has briefly logged in it will show as online even if he’s not actively checking it. If it’s meant to be they will message back and if not it’s just one of those things x |

If it helps, there is a huge time lag and often incorrect statuses on here. So likely missed by 20 mins or more. But yes timing seems to hit me too. |

This is not an instant messaging website. Just because someone is online, it doesn't mean they're going to open your message and reply there and then. I really wish there was a way of being able to switch off the "online" option and only showing as offline, without the need to log off. |
