I would put "no meets" into the negative column, but that could be overcome by other factors.
Ultimately it's about the entire package: this person is interesting, pleasant, attractive, etc.
In practice it's pretty rare I engage with people who aren't verified, but it's possible. |

Depends - someone I've seen around the forum who you can get a bit of a sense of their personality, I'd maybe be a bit more inclined. I'd probably video call/only meet for a social first anyway,and might not be inclined to overly go out of my way to meet them, but if it all seems legit then I'd not not meet them on the basis of them not being verified yet (must have been photo verified at least though) |

I've met unverified by meeting, but never if they haven't been photo verified.
As all my initial meets are for socials I don't feel a meet verification is necessarily essential if appropriate due diligence is carried out first. |
