Random question, but you know how gay men have places like saunas & clubs/bars with playrooms (like in Blackpool) etc.
Do Lesbians have similar spaces?
Not something that ever occurred to me before & not something I've heard of.

Seriously though, as FF sex is far more readily accepted than MM sex, lesbian & bi females are more welcomed in swingers clubs etc
A lot of the sauna and back room scene was effectively born out of a lack of safe spaces for gay / bi men to meet for sex
The threat of being arrested or mugged or beaten up is still strong - even the back room scene has been known for petty criminality
I think saunas are as near to a safe space as you will find, primarily cos you lock your belongings up as soon as you go in and everyone is reduced to body and towel |
