Just A Stranger In A Strange Land.

When I was a kid, if it was time to go to bed I was told to get up ‘the wooden Hill’.

Now if I’m leaving somewhere I’m often going to ‘knob off’. Admittedly I may be the only one who uses the phrase but it’s 30 odd years old so probably counts.
