We all like to think that we were/are cool but life often gets in the way. (Or.... you get older and realise what a knob you were!)
Tell us all.... what did you do that made you cool?
Did you have massive back combed hair? Did you have an awesome car? Were you on telly?

I used to go to house music clubs and parties in Rupert the bear trousers.
Tight back t-shirt, embroidered waist coat and a straw bowler hat.
And been on TV at said parties several times.
Oh how times have changed, lol. |

Definitely not mate it’s crazy what they pay now, mine was a 1.3 on the logbook thoufh ha but I did have an rs turbo a year later at 19 and it was only £1200 a year hate to think what the equivalent would be now |

I've never been cool, never really wanted to be. Yet last week my friend who is 15 years younger than me looked at my new trousers and said 'its nice to see you dressing cool instead of like an old lady' lol I looked in the mirror and my wide leg trousers and thought I dressed like a hobo, apparently hobo chic is cool to people in their 30s  |

We would dance all night (until the club shut at 12.30), not drink alcohol and have an amazing night.
They were brilliant and I was about 10 feet away from them. |

I was cool once, when I turned down the advances of a sexy girl in a Disco back in the 80's, I was sporting my new New Romantic look. Not so much Flock of Seagulls more Adam and the Pants, I was wearing burgundy lace pants and a Pirate Shirt, big hair and mad eyeliner.
So nonchalant, so chic. Lol. |
