According to BBC 5 Live’s Wake Up to Money show this morning, Cadbury’s Crème Egg fans have been complaining the eggs have become smaller over the years.
It turns out they’ve been using the same mould since 1971, and people’s hands have simply got bigger than when they were kids!
Hopefully this helps someone avoid chocolate frustration this Easter🍫😊 |

I think they have got smaller, just like all other confectionary.
All i will say is smaller or not i can still get my tongue all the way to the bottom and lick the creme out….admittedly not always before the chocolate starts melting ☺️ |

So why do hen's eggs still seem the same size to me ?"
Great question. I should note I don’t work for Cadburys, nor do I consume their products generally. I do however enjoy a fun fact (whether true or not) on my early morning commutes😊 |
