Afternoon Shag!
I'll be soaking in a hot bath with bubbles, after slipping into a food coma following a Friday roast this afternoon.
Generally a relaxing quiet evening ahead of work tomorrow daytime followed by an evening of chaos and mayhem at a club with friends tomorrow night.

Thanks Shag, I've so far managed to muster up the energy to do dinner and put the tv on, now just need to go and run a bath with lots of bubble bath 😊 |

For reference, we are all made up of stardust. The chemical elements (think school periodic table stuff) of everything on earth at some point was created by nuclear fission in the heart of a star. It's the only place in the universe where the heat, gravity and pressure can create such elements.
