Hey everyone,
Taking myself on a little minibreak to London at the end of May - primarily to see the Wes Anderson exhibition at the Design Museum (anyone been?)
So I'm looking for some recommendations for nice pubs and eateries for while I'm there. I love both real ale/craft beer, and am open to pretty much anything food-wise, though it'd better if it were budget friendly
Any other recommendations are welcome, though I've been to London a few times before - so a lot of the more obviously tourist things have already been done.
Thanks in advance,
L.

"Brick Lane has lots of great food choices. So does Brixton. Check out the Londonist (on any search engine). They usually have decent reviews."
Yeah, I love Brixton. Went there last time I visited. Great area. |

"If you like a good coffee, and you can find them, mousetails is superb

Or failing that - Kiss The Hippo™. Their George Street blend is currently my 'go to'. ☕"
Best coffee thread might be next 👌🏾 |

Drinks; The Alchemist is my go to if you like really elaborate (and some pretty expensive) cocktails. The Bevis Marks nr Liverpool Street one is one of the better ones, food isn’t bad either.
Food wise
BBQ: Bodeans; Ribs, Burgers, Steak, a few around London.
Chinese: virtually anywhere in China town nr Soho
Curry: Brick lane

Some nice food stalls around the Southbank Centre too at weekends as well as some cool exhibitions. |

10 Bells pub ... It has infamy!
World End ... Good pint too
Porterhouse ... Covent Garden love that pub!
Food... Stay away from tourist areas and you can't go too wrong to be fair.
Enjoy it, would recommend Sky Garden for the views of you can handle the queues. |
