Take comfort in knowing you've accomplished the hard part, and knowing the unpacking you can do whenever you feel like. Maybe go out for a walk, local pub chill out have one drink, walk back grabbing a take away on the way and watch a good movie (comedy) and see how you feel.

What others have said are also good options, particularly having a wank if you are really feeling frustrated and horny...!

Have a look on Google maps where stuff is in the local area and go for a mooch. Nothing like finding your favourite Chinese takeout as soon as you move in. Also, if it's safe to do so, knock on the neighbours and say hi. Ask for recommendations for stuff on the area.
