So… how are you really feeling today?
For me, it’s been personally quite eye-opening. I wasn’t in the best mood and found myself getting annoyed at small things that don’t usually matter, which I think came from being in a negative headspace. Even though I couldn’t shake it at the time, I kept trying to remind myself that it didn’t reflect the bigger picture of my life. That’s what made it eye-opening, because when you’re in that kind of mood, it’s hard to see past it. Without those reminders of more balanced, positive thoughts, it would’ve been much harder to pull myself out of it. I’m sure I’ll have those moments again but hopefully will remember how they fit in my life. |

I think we all have times where our head space isn't great.
Hope you're good and remain so and you know my inbox is open to you if you ever need..
I've had quitte a good week and got a lot to be thankful for so my headspace is pretty good right now. |
