Our season starts on the 2nd of May with Beltane, Celtic festival of fire. We’ve then got Sword Punk at the end of May.
What Festivals do you routinely go to or which ones will you be going to for the first timethis year?? |

I love a festival and had tickets for four. Sadly a new serious health problem is messing with my plans.
Valefest. Bolsover, Derbyshire.30th April till Bank Holiday Monday .(tickets still available) £77 including camping. My son is now going with a friend in my place.
Ey Up Mi Duck. Doncaster. Would have been 1st time, but I cancelled my tickets.
Bearded Theory. Hoping i will be well enough to go. Catton Hall, Derbyshire. Amazing festival. Big names across 7 stages.
Shrewkfest.
Shrewsbury. 1st time attending this quirky ukulele based festival. Should be fun.
Next year there will be a big group of family and friends going to Green Gathering which is a brilliant festival in Chepstow. This was our one annual festival pre covid.
I will also be at Birdwell Venue, Barnsley for the Doonican 20th Birthday bash 20th June. Music from 12 noon to midnight indoors. A full day of music and great entertainment. Limited tickets |

I'm going to The Great Estate Festival in Cornwall for the first time at the end of May. And the only other one I have booked so far this year is Victorious at the end of August.
With unemployment fast approaching, they could be much tamer this year than my usual festival festivities! |
