Falling down the stairs at 12.30 am on a Sunday morning is no joke. How the heck I didn’t break anything is beyond me. The titanium screw in my skull that holds my hearing aid on made a groove in the wooden floor. I missed a Suzy Quattro concert. The ambulance staff did a great job and the Dr and nurses at A and E . Got a few bruises multiple colours |

Did it myself a while ago but I managed to step backwards and stay mostly upright. Hit the door and hurt my arm but not too much. Until I tried to open the door, the handle was broken and a big split in the door panel outside. Looked likr it had been hit with a battering ram |

Thanks for your messages . I can’t remember falling, didn’t know I was falling uti woke up at the bottom of the stairs. Probably best that I didn’t know I was falling other wise I would’ve tensed up . It’s a chalet bungalow |

Ouch! Hope you’re ok and glad nothing is broken. I fell off a ladder when it collapsed while fixing a light fitting at home. Didn’t break anything and they gave me the all clear. Still hobbled for a year after that 🤦🏻♂️ |
