This is quite a niche topic and rarely crops up on here, OP.
However, in all my years on here I don't think this has ever been broached in any of my conversations with women. I can only suspect they are indifferent or unfussed about such things. |

I've met someone from fab who said that if she would ever have a son she would definitely have him circumcised...not because of religious reasons (even though that's also messed up) but because (and I quote) "a penis simply looks better that way" 👀...I repet, she would have her son circumcised just to make his penis better looking. Yes, some people care about it...a lot |

No sorry I meant i wished I never posted asking. I had to be circumcised for personal persons,and one ex had never seen a circumcised penis before

Not something that bothers me, although i have seen lots of debate on it on other platforms, Mostly referring to hygiene to makes sense.
I am uncut, never had any complaints.
I get more remarks about the large freckle on it than anything else 😂 |

Cut or M.G.M. look painful and lack the foreskin movement for stimulation. So uncut is vastly the better option both me and my partner feel.
But that's the fun, some people like the lack of foreskin as if fear it and their god. |

In my eyes that is child abuse. Unless it is medically necessary nobody should be getting parts cut off their child.
And for a mother to do it to their child because she thinks it looks better is raising so many red flags. Her sexual preferences should not be inflicted on her child. |

I’m cut but I’d prefer uncut much more sensitive but it’s harder to keep clean and fresh that’s why I got cut 40 years ago always smelt and before you all say wash it I was doing it properly about 4/5 times a day since cut never smells I still wash it though morning and night but lost most of the sensitive feeling now |

Take your personal feelings aside, and look at what the words mean. While I do side with you in that weird is a strange choice to be calling it, mutilation is certainly accurate.
However as you say, you didn't have a choice and it's not something to be ashamed of. But the act of circumcision
Is a questionable one with pros and cons, fors and againsts
A lot of the time on these kinds of subjects I've seen people on both sides reaching so far to justify why one or the other is better. Coming up with all sorts of excuses.
The penis is one of the last few forms of body shaming that is brushed aside and joked about publicly (not by all!). |

I agree with this. I think there was a time that circumcision was much more widely “prescribed for medical reasons”, maybe not so much now. My personal view is that routine circumcision for religious reasons ought to be outlawed. Clearly it is not as catastrophic for the recipient/victim as female circumcision in its various forms and there is much less implication of patriarchal control, but I would have hoped that the human race would have progressed enough by now that ceremonial mutilation of other humans without their consent would have disappeared, but many of my youthful assumptions about human progress are being challenged right now. |

Many of the arguments are moot.
Its cleaner.. maybe thousands of years ago, but most of us have access to showers and soap.
It makes sex better.. for who? Keratinisation of the glans can reduce sensitivity. Circumcision can also partially remove the frenulum, which hosts a massive concentration of nerve endings.
Religion.. I suggest everyone looks at the fact that babies continue to catch herpes from rabbis when done traditionally. This can lead to death. Yes its a thing and its fkn disgusting.
Its just genital mutilation for the parents preference of aesthetics. |

I've said this on circumcision threads before - the subject has never ever been brought up by anyone in my world outwith Fab. Never ever have I been asked randomly if I'm circumcised (yes circumcised, come on, we're British), it's just not a thing anyone other than maybe Jewish people think about. As far as Im aware they are the only religion going about cutting the young lads mini-mr's without their consent.
As long as the penis works most people couldn't care less if it comes with a gift wrap and bow. |
