I know we all joke at the self proclaimed photgraphers on here but it was always something i would never of thought would be for me.
Recently a fwb convinced me it could be fun and we found a lady photgrapher who was "semi professional" but who made us feel so comfortable.
I can honestly say it was the most liberating and erotic experience i have had.
All photos were tasteful and natural.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you find it?
Or is it just something you would never do? Doesnt tickle your pickle

I've never done it with a professional but I did enjoy Mr N photographing me.
Years ago a lot of my friends had semi boudoir shots done and they were gorgeous. They really have them a lift from their daily mum and wife life |

My partner had one done last year, she took several outfits and the photographer talked through the inspirations and the clothing. Yes she had make up done, she don't need that in my opinion. But when it all started she really enjoyed the moment and came back with the digital copies very happy and horny. She got me a physical album also and it left her more keen to play with pics and to push her outfits. It was all tasteful, see a bit of nipple at the most through an outfit. We both enjoyed how the photographer framed the outfits and positions. Wasn't cheap but definitely worth it for her especially. |

Yeah. Thats a bit how i felt, just in the moment not thinking about anything else and just feeling good about myself for a short period of time.
I assume (hope not wrongly) that the photos taken by MrN would probably be some of the best as it would be where you felt most comfortable and natural? |

Never done it. I'd be interested in doing it with a partner. Not with a professional though. A tripod, some bright lights and a timer. We could enjoy ourselves, have lots of snacks on the side. It would be fun and erotic. |

I've done a few boudoir shoots in the past...solo and with other models. There has to be a certain visual compatibility if it's a couple shoot ...the place/environment is crucial ...they can be fun if you're comfortable in your skin, and can be absolutely devastating for your confidence if they don't end up as you wanted - keep in mind a photographer will aim for ths best shot not how to make you look the best in the photo |

I life model for art and sculpture groups and have done nude work (various levels) for photographers as well. It is liberating to see the human body and fun to collaborate with artists and other models. |

Yeah this is an interesting point in regard to the best shot. There was a few i was not too keen on in terms of myself (insecurities) but i think the fact the experience on a whole was a good one i was less bothered

I know a guy who does them and has done for years,a few female friends and myself were talking to him about doing a group one with a trans friend and couple it could be fun,just trying to get us all together when not at a club night could be hard  |

This isn’t quite the same thing, but … I did a porn shoot with a couple (many years ago). Sort of.
I met her in a bar. We flirted. She asked if I wanted to have sex … of course I said yes. She asked if it was okay if her husband took photos. I was surprised (innocent little old me?) but I said what the hell. Let’s do it.
So they booked a hotel a couple of days later and I was invited round. Her husband was what I’d call an enthusiastic amateur photographer. He stayed fully clothed holding his digital SLR and clicking away while his wife and I had a marvellous time. He didn’t say a word, and I never saw any of the photos.
I kind of enjoyed it. A little extra spice to the liaison. Most of the time I forgot he was even there, but now and again I deliberately gave him a good view (or hoped I did, anyway!) |

I suppose it depends what your more comfortable with and your kinks/likes. Personally if it was purely for aesthetic reasons i think a dungeon could be a cool backdrop.

Back then I was meeting a lot of couples and I was quite used to the husbands just wanting to watch some of the time. The photography thing just felt like another version of that really. I didn’t overthink it! |

Absolutely. We would often get offers from men to hold the camera  but I could never be as relaxed with them as I am with Mr N. |

I know people who have done it and loved it, but I'm far too self conscious and self critical. I wouldn't be able to relax into it and I'd inevitably hate all the photos so I'll save my money
A friend taking the photos in a private setting, and then having a voice in editing and vetoing the photos I don't like, I'm a bit more comfortable with. |

Guess it also depends if the photoshoot is just for yourself or for a specific project...in 2014 I had a photoshoot for a magazine called "Baroness" , and it was a lot of pressure for both myslef and the female model...photographer was also pretty stressed. Last minute they wanted to change the look of the male (as in my look) so I had to wear a long hair wig (which I thought looked pretty bad). We took probably over 300 pictures, but when I received a copy of the magazine I noticed I only was featured in 2 images, one was only of my back and the other one only half my face was showing...it just made me feel like I wasn't enough, and took me a long time to get comfortable in front of a camera again |

Not quite the same but the husband is into his photography & I love doing our fab photos but I kind of feel like it's a little alter ego, like it's not actually me.
I'm not one who likes photos or someone who can "pose" I find it super awkward so when I see the fab ones all done I'm shocked like that's actually me 😂 I made a good photo, maybe idea because my face is chopped off I'm not sure but I do like them and it is kind of liberating - I don't have a lot of confidence overall at the moment so it's nice to look at myself and think yeah I look alright.

The heavily cropped filtered ones. The rest I live up to my username. I don't think I'm my own worst critic, plenty of others do that! I think I'm just realistic in what I see. You know if a photo of you looks good and you know when one doesn't. |

Whilst I appreciate and enjoy (amateur) photography this wouldn't be for me. Aside from the contrived and supposedly unnatural aspects of the photo shoot I would feel totally uncomfortable - and unrelaxed - with a third person present. |

L did one a number of years ago she thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of of it from make up , hair, clothes to wear , she did comeback rather merry from champagne she consumed while doing it though. |

I would do one if I had a partner. What appeals to me is how they get photos which aren’t so much posed as a fragment of a story. The mind can sort of add the scene of the moment around the photo. |

We’ve never done a “professional” shoot but we enjoy seeking inspiration and creating our own.
It makes us laugh on here when we’re approached by so called “professionals” but their profiles seem to have no pictures or absolutely awful pictures. |

I did one a few years back and really enjoyed it. I was specific around no editing body shape or stretch marks etc I wanted them to actually reflect me. Having access to the backdrops and props was great though…the photographer while a professional and won several awards didn’t remain strictly professional  But we have remained friends loosely ever since and have been invited a few times to do more shots…which at somepoint we’ll do as a couple!

Recently a fwb convinced me it could be fun and we found a lady photgrapher who was "semi professional" but who made us feel so comfortable.
I can honestly say it was the most liberating and erotic experience i have had.
All photos were tasteful and natural.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you find it?
Or is it just something you would never do? Doesnt tickle your pickle
I've done a few boudoir shoots in the past...solo and with other models. There has to be a certain visual compatibility if it's a couple shoot ...the place/environment is crucial ...they can be fun if you're comfortable in your skin, and can be absolutely devastating for your confidence if they don't end up as you wanted - keep in mind a photographer will aim for ths best shot not how to make you look the best in the photo "

I've had a couple of professional photo shoots done and each time I was initially spiraling over how awful I thoight I looked.
In time though I learnt to like what I saw.
I do kinda like the idea of someone capturing certain moments but I don't have the confidence for it at the moment. |

I had a boudoir photoshoot when I was at a low point in my life. Zero confidence and no body confidence. I was extremely nervous and didn't have many expectations about the pictures. I thought the photographer was 'humouring' me telling me I looked sexy when he took the pictures. I cried when I went to view them. The pictures they were showing of me were not what I saw myself as in my mind, or the mirror. It was one of the best things I ever done and I would recommend anyone else to do it if they had an opportunity x |

I was similar with my photo shoot, I went along for a bit of a confidence boost when my marriage was ending. The photographer was great at getting me to relax and there was no pressure to do any poses I wasn’t happy with or to be naked unless I wanted to. I still expected to have to make a purchase of a photo as a sympathy purchase. I walked into my viewing and burst into tears as I never believed I could look so good in a photograph. Now there are some images I don’t like as the pose doesn’t feel like me but others are super hot.
I would love to do a more risqué shoot in the future but am working on that with a photographer friend. |

I second this. The right photographer, a professional one, will bring out the best in you. I never done any nude pics, all of mine were in underwear. He told me the poses, I pulled a face, but the photos turned out better than I ever could have imagined they would x |

A number of clubs do photoshoot days so you can use their club and all the rooms for pics.
We’ve done that and taken pics in the dungeon.
We also invited a lady friend and took some tasteful ladies only pics. We don’t display them now as they are not using the site at present.

I've done a couple.
If you 'win' a competition you need to be prepared for the hard sell that comes at the end! (Clue. Everyone 'wins')
1 was really high end and I'm actually glad I bought some of those photos. Even if 4 years later I'm a fat old lump by comparison 😭
It's not at all sexual!
Personally I enjoy them, it's a nice chance to get dolled up and parade around in nice lingerie, with no pressure and of course, the finished photo/s make it worthwhile.
When you're on your own it's hard to take much in the way of variety for photos, though I've never actually publicly posted mine, it has given some ideas for poses etc |
