Moisturiser is important. I have been told my skin is like velvet by many people including beauty therapy people, meets and drs. Always always moisturise, your skin will thank you

Trick is to put lotion on straight after having a bath/ shower. Did you shave and that’s why it stings?

Does the name mancave make a difference? Is there a beard tax on male beauty serums?

Nah, Mancave is the brand name. I don’t have a beard, I’m clean shaven. Unusual for a guy these days.

I moisturise everywhere. It really makes a difference in both hot and cold weather. And who doesn't like soft skin?!

I moisturise because I have to. Thankfully it's a ritualistic experience.

I moisturise because my skin just feels itchy as fun otherwise. I do my hands at night before I go to bed but think I need something stronger because of the calluses from the gym 😭

It should not sting. Also mens legs don’t usually need moisturising - it’s ones face that gets the wind and sun damage.

It can get like that. I always wear shorts and it's not so much my legs but back of my thighs

Maybe through the cold going up the shorts and I do work in a dry environment

If you're scratching/breaking the skin and then applying moisturiser, it's going to sting.

O'Keeffe's do a really good body moisturiser if your skin is crying out for some moisture. Don't forget your elbows!

I use old sump oil drained from the car for just about anything from tanning lotion to food frying (for the dog) and painting fences and hardwood window sills!

My skin has always been good and I started moisturising regularly a few years ago. Straight after a shower. Plus sunscreen before I go out.
