When will fab tackle the endless fakes?
I am not talking about the unverified profiles, more the couples profiles that last had a verification years ago, show old photos and have no up to date photos when you swap pics.
These are obviously guys whos partner has either long gone or has no idea their fella ia still running the account.
Should an account be marked as unverified after a period of time with no verifications from others? Or dated verification photo provided to fab? |

Why?
So you want all men - because this would be applied across the board - who occasionally get meets to be unverified if they go through a rough patch?
Why can't you just do due diligence, ask for a recent picture or a video call, including with both halves of a couple? |

I just take personally responsibility for my own decision making regarding who I interact with, I don’t need site owners to decide that, even if they have new verifications or pictures until i interact and build the initial interaction I have no interest. The kind of profile you mention i wouldn’t dream of giving a response or second look. |

Absolutely not.
Firstly, no one is obliged to show their verifications so that's just daft.
I haven't met anyone new in forever, because I am happy with my FWB situation. Doesn't make me a fake. Same for couples and all the other profiles. |

when you do a search use whichever parameters suit you best and don't interact with the profiles you describe. The site will work how you want it to |

So all those who just use the forums must obey your new photo rule? The photos are dated, so I see no issue. Why do you think they are all men hiding behind a couples profile, where your proof? Verifications are personal things, nobody obliged to show them or even have them. |

That after say 3 years with no further verifications, that couples profiles should be made to do another verifications photo for fab.
Dated with both people in the photo.
My concern is around old couples profiles being kept alive by the guys after either a split or if the lady has decided this is no longer for her.
Her photos are still then being used for kicks by the gent. |

Why specifically couples that must verify again? Why not everyone?
How do you know that it is obviously the man keeping the profile going, and not the woman?
Verifications are not the deciding factor on whether an account is genuine. Unless everyone is forced to display their verifications, or at the minimum the summary, this has no place in how to decide if someone is genuine. You need to use your common sense to decide. |

I go by if there a verification by meet and photo then genuine it doesn't matter how-long ago the meet was thats the profiles choice of when they choose to meet not everyone meets up every day week month of the year sometimes work or family get in the way or maybe the profile dont want to do this all the time not everyone does its their choice sometimes people move abroad for a while and will be back 3 6 9 or 12 months time or longer thats why gabs just like me |

But I can see what the OP means to a point. At least in terms of the Fab flag approval.
Essentially after so long you redo the photo with the account name on. Couples especially since it may no longer be a couple, one half (usually the man, but not always ) keeping it going for wanking purposes.
Not really all that bad for the clearly obvious responses to be getting the all rilled up tone with him |

I agree. The other apps I use don’t operate a verification system, and I don’t struggle to get meets/find genuine people in those. Notwithstanding the basic fact they have more ladies in them than Fab…….🤭😂
I find the voicenote is the single best ‘genuine-ometer’, as it really does sort the men from the…….woman you thought you were chatting with 🤭😂😂 |

If you have verification by meet then genuine thats all you need ….you have met …nothing more to it…doesn't matter when last meet was ia lot of people dont show their verifications …but i dont think verification by webcam should be a verification |
