I hated as a kid when my dad cooked Sunday roast all the smells coming from the kitchen

Cabbage wilted in butter, black pepper and garlic.
Broccoli
Yorkshire puddings
Gravy
Stuffing

Not really, I just love cooking, and The Welsh Venison Centre is about 20 min drive from where I live.
My favourite meat for Christmas dinner would be goose.  |
