Just watched a lovely lady on Instagram talk about how she gives out little gold stars to people in her life and to strangers. Everything from surviving a tough day at work, to the mum coping better than she thinks she is.
It made me realise how hard we can all be on ourselves. We all need to give ourselves a bit more credit sometimes.
So tell me, what do you deserve a gold star for? While I know this is a sex site try to keep it clean! |

For being persistent yesterday with my service user with autism, in order to bring them out of a huge meltdown. It was a tough 90 minutes, where I had to consistently keep directing them back to their normal routine, but in the end, they settled and had a very good, calm rest of the day. I was ready to go home by lunchtime, but had to persevere for the rest of the day. |

I woke up early with a slight hangover, took a bacon sandwich, coffee and juice up to Mr W in bed. Tonight's dinner on the go, and big pot of chilli mac and cheese cooking, ready for the freezer. Kitchen cleaned up.

That they really wouldn’t, because I do not have a feminine body… it is all a construction using corsets and padded knix .
When I am naked I look like every other bloke, but maybe shaped a bit more like a brick. Certainly not as fantastically sculpted and muscled as a lot of the guys who cut in the lounge here, and maybe with slightly larger and softer moobs !  |
