One of my fave films, the fire fight outside the bank is epic!! Haha i guess hes one of the main characters, poor guy is dead now. |

Thats where it came from, apparently chris ryan choriographed it, not sure how true that is, but yeah bread and butter of the british army. |

Rhubarb face masks? Apparently very effective though must never use the leaves. A simple DIY mask involves blending 2 tablespoons of cooked, cooled rhubarb stalks with 1–2 tablespoons of plain yogurt or honey. Apply to clean skin for 10–15 minutes before rinsing to achieve a glowing, firmer complexion. Problem sorted. |

Sitting in the garden sunshine. Wife in bed ill again,i know she does suffer,its not good her physical pain,I see the effect it has on her,but no sex this year at all is killing me. I feel old before my time,just sorting myself out daily is frustrating and resentful. I know a lot of people on here will say im selfish but its driving me to despair.
