Some I have met spend weekends and such travelling the country to clubs and places and staying over at others houses for weekend sessions etc, live and breathe sex and swinging. That’s a lifestyle. A hobby is an occasional dabble. |

I enjoy your threads _eli. I like to peruse through the different opinions on them.
I cant really offer much as i'm not a swinger, i suppose my thoughts are they are either couples, poly, enm couples who are true swingers. Then again i could be very wrong.

You're a sweetheart TT, well and truly. Yeah, it's down to nosiness really - I like finding different opinions and views and the wit and the more serious. I think sometimes swinging/swingers are seen in a negative light and yeah, the thread came from there.

I think we are part swingers.
We meet others for sex but they are regulars, not one offs and generally singles, not other couples.
We go to clubs every so often, maybe two/three times a year, but we hardly play with others in them.
We’ve been to PDI and didn’t have sex with others.
We enjoy the lifestyle but it doesn’t dictate our lives.
We have friends who go to clubs every weekend and always play. They can be found in the midst of group play and their whole life revolves around swinging. Going away with other couples, PDI twice a year. I’d say that they are true swingers whereas we are only dipping our toes in now and again.

When I first joined I had a distinct mental picture of what was a swinger and it absolutely wasn’t me. The keys in a bowl thing is still very much not for me. But I think it would be untrue to say I’m not a swinger. |

I'm not a swinger. I enjoy socialising, interacting on the forums, occasionally meeting people in real life. I haven't figured out what I'm looking for apart from friendship and intimacy.
