What is something you've done recently that you're proud of?
Jump to: Newest in thread
Just a little positive thread on this beautiful Sunday.
For me it is getting a PB at the gym. I can do 9 pull ups on the bar now. Might not seem much but honestly to me form is everything.
Oh and I've been cutting unhealthy foods and drinks out the past few months and noticed considerable changes.
What about you all? What is something you've done recently you're proud of? Doesn't matter how miniscule it might seem to you. |

I've suffered with claustrophobia for years and have turned down several requests to be blindfolded, but relented recently and allowed a trusted meet to put a hood on me with just the mouth section cut out so he and his friend could show me off in the Cam rooms. |

"2years straight without having a day off sick"
Are you one of "those" people who goes into work sneezing and coughing over everyone, passing on your germs to everyone else then complaining about them taking time off when you managed to come in ?

I did some cardio today. I find it difficult to concentrate just constantly running. But I managed to do 45 mins.
Well done on your pull ups OP. I'm still on 5 😂 definitely trying to improve my technique and form. |

I carried on, despite every fibre of my being wanting to give in…. I didn’t |

I want to applaud you in this. Claustrophobia is awful. It took some guts and trust to be hooded. It’s not the easiest thing to be blindfolded with (if that makes sense) |

Love this thread 🥰 loads of positivity.
I hadn't felt proud of myself for a very long time, until my little girl's teacher pulled me to one side on Friday.
She said that my daughter had told her that we practise Welsh in the mornings, and that it is paying off as she is excelling. She even asked me to introduce a new topic to learn.
Sometimes, its those little things that boost us more than we realise 🥰
