Just set my icecream maker off to make some biscoff icecream.

At the moment it's honeycomb or salted caramel

But honestly I love so many flavours. A really good, rich, and decadent chocolate ice cream is delicious. Raspberry ripple for nostalgia. Lemon meringue for a bit of sweet and zest.

Not quite ice cream but mango sorbet is my current favourite.

Chocolate, hazelnut, pistachio and coffee ice creams all come a close second.

Ooh, tough choice but I do love a salted caramel.

You’ve got me interested in buying an ice cream maker now.

I like a normal vanilla ice cream 99 but with biscoff biscuits crumbled on to it - I have a ride out every so often to catch the sunset at the beach and always make that purchase from the resident ice cream van 🤩

I barely know where to start with which flavours I like! But I’m now interested in ice cream makers. Do they also blitz the ingredients together or does one require an additional blender machine?

normally put all the liquid ingredients in a bowl to mix first, if putting fruit in, tend to puree it first then add to the cream then into the machine
