I've been having some strange dreams lately,it also seems like I'm having a dream inside a dream(i know sounds like Inception)

I woke up this morning actually crying like I was in my dream

Anyone else experience this,is it linked to things?

Worthing

I have had lucid dreams where you realise you are dreaming and can control it.

The 'things' your dreams may be linked to are very many.

This ranges from concerns and worries from your waking hours, unsolved issues from your past or just the food you eat or lack of exercise..... it can ALSO mean absolutely nothing and just go away on it's own.

Don't take advice here. If it really concerns you do some bonafide research ( not social media self acclaimed gurus ) of your own.

Don't even go for expensive therapy when you might not need it.

Do some self examination. Some real thinking about your life and where you want it to be and change it.

Or just take the pea from under your mattress

I have violent dreams if I watch violent programmes so I never watch them right before bed. Otherwise I sleep like a baby.

P.S. Did you murder anyone last week ?

This could be preventing you from sleeping if you used up a great deal of energy digging.

I sometimes eat random foods at bedtime to induce weird dreams.

Heavy dairy and bananas produce interesting stuff

Tonypandy.

Certain medication used to give me very realistic but violent dreams where I felt I could touch, taste and smell stuff. Partner remembers being woken up to me crying hysterically that I couldn't get the blood off my hands.

to close for comfort

I've always had crazy/weird dreams/nightmares. Alot of them reoccurring

It can really effect how I am the following day if it was a particular bad one!

I've began to occasionally lucid dream the last couple of years too. Not necessarily controlling what happens in them, but I know I am dreaming. It crazy!

Very rarely do I dream. And when I do. I rarely remember them.

When I do remember them ....sooo real
