Anyone had luck with apple account recovery
Had lots of photos of Mrs / me and Mrs etc
Screen went tits up so switched to new phone
Some reason password for apple isnt what I thought. Went through all usual reset stuff and it’s saying only way is account recovery but that sends an email to the account I can’t access 🙈
Panicking as be gutted if all those photos are lost. Can’t even see them on here from where ive chatted with people over time
All got left is a drop box from a photo shoot a year ago
Gutted isnt the word.
Yes can take more but some of them were from magic times we had

If you've got another device linked to that account such as an iPad or a MacBook etc you should be able to access the account from them as long as they are a 'trusted device'.
Failing that, if you still have the old phone with the knackered screen you could link it to a monitor via a USB C cable and get the details you require from there.
Other than that, I have no idea! |
