Your GP will refer you to physio. Look up "back pain" on the NHS website, there's some great advice.

Yeah I’ve been to the doctors, but there’s a bit of a wait on physio,

So I thought I’d see if someone on here could help if there is one.

Plus may need one for a couple of sessions

Would you genuinely trust (associate) health advice from here? I wouldn't.

If you can afford it, find a private physio.
