So I decided to go all after summer last year and I kept it bald.
And today cause I am a total knob I just went about my business not a care in the world only to get home with a real red and sore head
What's best to use on this type of burn
(I am sort of new to this)
I no it's just sun burn but it normally covered with hair for protection for said burns haha.
Do I just use normal after sun cream or what.
Lesson let them today as well.
I need to purchase a baseball cap |

Chuck a cold flannel on it and get some Aloe Vera moisturiser and ibuprofen.
My husband done something similar and ended up with sun poisoning. His head swelled up and left him looking like a beluga whale for a week 🤣🤣 |

"I am going to try anything suggested.
I can handle normal sunburn like on my back and chest and stuff buy this feels like a different type of sunburn haha. "
Do take some ibuprofen. It will help with any inflammation and hopefully stop any swelling. I would recommend staying out of the sun for a few days if you can help it. |

"I am going to go to shops to buy a couple of baseball caps cause I am working outside all week unfortunately.
Little late but I have learned my lesson "
Go on temu. You can get a huge variety of entertaining options for about £3 each.
I have about 50. 🤷♂️😂 |

If you start feeling iffy, also get yourself checked out for sun stroke or heat exhaustion
I've had a slaphead for 30 years plus
I live life in the shade
Skin tone wise, I give Casper a run for his money |

After sun gel. Avoid things with fat in them, they might make it worse.
If you catch it on the same day, take something like a hand towel, soak it in cold water, wring it out, then hold it on the burn until it doesn't feel cool anymore - then start again. Do that a few times. It'll reduce the severity of the burn. |

If you have to work outdoors, place a cool damp cloth under your cap if you can. The sun will still hurt your dome! |

"Without hair or a brim on your hat covering it, make sure you put sunscreen on the tops of your ears and your neck as well. For next time." yeah my neck is Burt too but I am used to that cause it happens every year. But the top of my head just feels like a different type of sunburn pain.
Shame you cant post pictures in our chats on here to let's yous all have a little laugh at my idiotic actions. Or should I say lack of actions. |
