How do you feel about deleting messages or doing a delete all?
It used to really bother me, I'd feel 'mean' but now if I receive a message that I find vulgar or I'm not interested I just click that delete button and move on 🤷🏼♀️ |

Only time I really delete messages/convos is when it becomes dead or I feel I am chasing something and it’s just a lead on.
Other than that I get about 1 message a month so don’t suffer the same crap that women go through |

I often delete messages and I don't feel bad about it.
The main reasons are:
- just a hi
- no profile pics
- a message that feels like a copy/paste
- "can I ask you a question?" (You've already used it)
- faf ? Or similar |

I feel guilty because nearly all my incoming messages are polite and well written.
On the rare chance when I receive a disappointing message I have to think twice because I haven't had a chance to acclimatise. |

I used to try and respond to as many as possible, but a lot of people then felt that because they'd received one message it entitled them to more then get in a strop when I didn't respond within a minute.
Or, when sending a thanks but no, regardless of how polite and respectful you are about it, they turn nasty.
So now, I don't think twice deleting those where there has been minimal effort or I just don't like the vibe.
What I do feel guilty about, though, are those who have put effort in that I don't get around to before they disappear - I struggle to stay on top of multiple chats so tend to focus on 1 or 2 at a time. |

I completely agree. I still feel mean sometimes, and try to respond politely, but it either turns nasty when we say we're not interested or it becomes a bit much! I find it really overwhelming talking to too many people at once too 🙈 |

Asking "how are you" is nosy/bordeline abusive? I'd accept if that is all that's being asked as being unimaginative, but borderline abusive? Really?
And as for "...sexualising a woman you don’t know...is abusive." Well, if someone had a profile that had a fully clothed woman doing non sexual things then I would whole heartedly agree. However, if someone had a profile that, for the sake of argument, had a close-up video of the woman having her vagina played with and another one of her being fucked from behind, then if that profile complained about being sexualised I would say the person who was doing the complaining should give their head a wobble.

Why would anyone feel an ounce of guilt about this? You don’t know the person nor do you owe them a damn thing.
Being a man this isn’t something I have to do (obviously 🤣) but if I did, I’d feel no way about it. Same way I delete dead conversations that aren’t going to lead to anything. |

I regularly delete my messages if I login and I have over a hundred messages it's a bulk delete straight away.
I don't feel guilty at all as most of the time they have clearly not read my profile. |

As some don't have issues deleting messages I send, it works both ways. Esp if can see that they haven't read profile, it's one word or I can't tell why they messaged
Also out of habit I don't save messages |

I send a message and if I see it’s been read without reply for a few days I delete ave block. It saves me messaging them again. |

I probably get one message a week saying ‘no thanks’ after I’ve messaged that person so mine that I read normally get deleted anyway. So pretty much an empty mail box 24/7 🤣🤣 which is not a good thing, believe me x |

Tend to reply if there has been a bit of effort put in, like reading our profile or if they have an interesting profile with decent photos, but more imaginative than a cock shot on the toilet or a muscle flexing, gym mirror shot, bit schoolboyish for me.

We delete quite a lot of messages where we can see before even reading from the first line that they haven’t read our profile or don’t align with us , however recently we have decided to block these people, not because they have done anything wrong but when you delete a message it means the sender can then message again and re waste our time. |
