Living in the North East has certainly helped today. But the last few days have been blinds and curtains shut during the day, fans running, cool showers, lots of drinks. I've also got bedding made of a cooling material which helps a little |

Stay hydrated. Loose clothing. Cotton or any other so called breathable materials. SPF 50 or 30. Cap and sunglasses. Avoid the hottest time (12-2pm) if you can. Use the shade.
Other than that, enjoy yourself! I'm mostly loving it. Just a bit awkward on public transport being so close to people but I smell good. |
