A lorry load of interesting cheeses, chutneys, crackers, crusty breads, sliced meats and sausages, olives. Mini brownie bites, millionaire shortbread, chocolate truffles.
Or
Pork pies, sausage rolls, chicken nuggets, cheeses, crisps, dips, cheese and pineapple hedgehog, mini egg bites. Profiteroles, mini ring doughnuts, cookies.

I don’t do buffet food at all find the whole idea of open plates and folk helping themselves off putting tbh seen way to many folk go the toilet nit washing there hands and double dippers that I avoid |

It depends on if I’m being fancy or not
Fancy involves a cheese board, nuts, cold cured meats, dates, chutneys, sundried tomatoes, stuffed peppers, breads and olives - that sort of thing
Picky tea from when the kids were little was the sort with mozarella sticks, pork pie, quiche, salad, chicken nuggets, branston and pickled onions |

We did the same thing for Eurovision night. It was an explosion of egg Vol-au-vents, breadsticks, mini-porkpies, mini-Scotch eggs, sausages, crisps, mini-pizza, chicken-bites and anything else Iceland had on clearout!
