I've gone for 10 years without sex or even any intimacy.
I've gone without masturbating for maybe half that time.
Am I good at it? No idea but I rarely think about sex when I'm not having it so it's not really much of a challenge. |

I have previously gone a year without sex, I probably could go a good few weeks without masterbastion.
Since meeting my husband 10 years ago we had to abstain from sex for about 3 weeks as I was recovering from surgery, but we were still affectionate and had moments of intimacy. I can go for about 3 maybe 4 days without sex that's if our ho_elife schedule is super busy. However, the sex after is like an intense reconnection.

Sometimes I go through phases where I have to masturbate every day or multiple times a day. Other times I can go weeks without having the urge, mostly down to my hormones.

Masturbating? Weeks. Rather irritatingly I'm a multi-orgasmer and find that self servicing isn't as sating (read, not at all) so I end up very sticky, frustrated and even more in need of release. There's very little point to it.
And I kind of like my release being at the hands/mouth/penis of another.
Sex... maybe a month? If I wasn't having sex I'd maybe get used to it. Maybe. Generally I've found the more I have sex the more I want it, hoping that works the other way around.:D |
