Standard burger: bottom bun, burger sauce, burger patty, cheese, jalapenos, onions and tomatoes, top bun. Well seasoned. Not too chewy. Juicy. Easy to eat. You need a strong set of buns that won't disintegrate. Add sauce on the side to dip the burger in (optional). Compliment with fat chips or fat sweet potato chips. |

When it comes to these ridiculous tower burgers my technique is to remove the top bun and demolish everything until there is one patty left. Place the bun on top and eat it as a normal burger. I know, I'm a psycho. |

I think the idea is that I cooks quicker so you get a sort of crispier edge and less of that meaty texture. I've never had one either so don't quite me on that 😅 |

I like a smash burger. Not a fan of massive amounts of sauce and I don’t particularly want a change of clothes after eating it.
Less is more for me: decent melted cheese, bit of lettuce and mustard on a bun that _isnt_ brioche and I am good. |
