PDI (playa del ingles) in Gran Caneria is a great place to go.

October is quite active with swingers there.

My husband and I are going back this October and super excited 🍾

It's been about for decades as a Mecca for nudists and swingers.... but I'm sure you have already researched, so can't help you any further... good luck 👍

If you are looking for further afield, Temptations in Mexico has had good reviews on podcasts and write ups.

But,I have only met one couple who have been and they didnt enjoy it. Said it was too "American" and fake. Make of that as you will.

They prefered a place in Jamaca but for the life of me I cant recall the name. Possible the Sandals resot
