It can be. Thats why i take breaks. I last for so long then i go for a couple of months. I think its like any social media you pick your phone up and click on automatically sometimes without even thinking. |

This is the same for me, I pop in multiple times a day but only occasionally post these days. The rest of the site doesn't get my attention.

I'd not be addicted and often go days without being online followed by a bit of activity.
It's a bit of fun that is easily parked when it loses the fun factor or when in-person things have my attention.
I think if you prioritise time online (for anything) over & above an opportunity or time to do things in person, then you might need to have a think about why and if it's a healthy habit. |

Similar to my own experience here. Ive left a few times only to return a few months later.

Agree with the forums. From my experience so far it's a good bunch of people here.
I don't have too much of a social life which is why I like the forums to communicate with others. (Although I tend to just talk bollox) |

It can be. When I first joined I definitely was a bit addicted to the attention and posted new pics almost daily. Then I have my head a wobble and realized the attention meant nothing so I've stopped looking for that. This forum though is definitely addictive and keeps me coming back. |

All I know is that since I started coming on here I'm no longer aware that somebody 3 roads down has lost their cat and I don't have to put up with 89 people asking why the police helicopter is up again.
It's taken up my internet space....until the next football season.

It probably doesn't do my self esteem any good to be here, but unfortunately it is pretty addictive and I do like having a browse at people whose photos/ videos I like, but who would never look twice at me.
