In a galaxy far far away

It's very satisfying to enjoy a good meal you've made from scratch.

Are you a good cook?

What's your signature dish?

Cheese on toast but it's a really excellent cheese on toast

Risotto is one of my fave's, for flavour, though it is simple to do.

People tell me I'm a good cook, and apparently tell other people to come try my food, so that's my endorsement I guess.

"I'm an excellent cook 😎

I make toasted cheese sandwiches, by frying each side of bread with butter and having the cheese in the middle.

Heaven.

I enjoy baking - Bread, cakes etc.

Cooking something like a roast though, all the timings, can be hit or miss!

A good cheese toastie made on a cast iron skillet is like tasting the face of god. Fry up some chorizo in the butter first, so the toast is chorizo-buttery 👌

I'm a reasonable cook.

I do a pretty good sushi platter;

My homemade curries and kormas are fab (I blend my own Durban masala curry powder, and make korma sauce from scratch); I do a decent roast; ratatouilles and stews are good; my bobotie kicks arse! I also make my own boerewors for braais.

But probably my favourite fish is my boéf bourguignon, with creamy mashed potatoes.

🤤

I'd make someone a fabulous wife.

(I also give blowjobs)
