Dark chocolate cake with slices of milk chocolate, pistachios and almonds. Covered in chocolate sauce. Absolutely dripping. Too sweet for some. Too dark for others. An acquired taste and puts a smile on anyone's face who has a bite. |

I couldn’t decide between an angel food cake or a devil food cake. Then I thought of something fruity, rich and decedent?
I decided I was more like a funfetti cake. Light and floofy spongy layers with a sweet covering of gloop but with a lot or annoying bits that get stuck in your teeth 🤣🤣🤣 |

Key lime cheesecake
First bite I am a cool and smooth, silky cheesecake with just enough sweetness to draw people in. Then the lime hits... bright, sharp, a little dangerous, sometimes bitter. Not overwhelming, just enough zestiness to keep anyone from getting too comfortable with me.
The crust holds everything together, sometimes it falls apart spectacularly.
When I can be bothered I get tarted up with big beautiful meringues on top.
