Ok ok so I have different names for different types
Breadcake - soft white
Scotch roll - dusted in semolina flour
Burger bun- topped in sesame seeds
Floury bap - soft white and dusted in flour
Cob - crusty white
Scuffler - oven bottom triangle shaped
Stottie - large flat and indented

I think it's a choice of one in each category. I can't remember the last time I had brunch. By the time the food arrives it's lunch. |
