My partner has started taking them up swing tablets before she goes out and thinks they work ,just wondering if anyone here has tried them and think they work for hangovers ? Seems as you get older the handovers last longer !!

I treat hangovers as a mark of respect for my ability to drink to much and make poor judgement calls at an age when I really should know better.

I’ll be continuing to suffer in silence!

When I'm pissed I drink a pint of water before bed. Stops me getting hangovers.

So far as I know none of these have entered proper trials, probably because they would be shown not to work.

Water before bed seems to work for a lot of people.
