Grateful for a cooler day. Just waiting for J to wake up, so we can take advantage of the drop in temperature to get a bit frisky..it’s been waaayyy too hot for any sexy shenanigans, these last few days!

Morning all, here for my Sunday morning read and photo perv whilst waiting to get on the water wing foiling at 10am, what's peoples plans today, anything active or another too hot to do anything day to justify a sit in the garden with a cold one? |

Morning all hopefully it stays cooler. I am lots of driving and standing around as my eldest is doing a relay race with his running club, so I am dropping off at the start and collecting at the end of his leg and try to catch him in between. So i would love it to be cooler.🤞🏻

Life has thrown a few curve balls at me over the last few weeks so I have decided to look after myself properly and have taken all of next week off work for some self care. |

Oh, its not all bad. I've got the first in person job interview I've had in 8 years on Tuesday. Had to go shopping for something to wear as the dress code at work is casual.
Also my divorce is entering the final stages and there have been a lot of emotions around that. A very good friend reminded me today that he was part of my life for nearly 25 years and our separation has only been a couple of years so it is ok to have feelings about it. |

I've been seeing a lot of articles about the sandwich generation, we are caring for our parents and our children at the same time so the energy for ourselves is very little. I'm trying to find that balance but it is a very fine line.
