After the scorching hot week that it's been so far, this morning it's been torrential rain, thunder and lightning 🌩 so I just had to run around my garden naked... so refreshing.

I lay out in the garden yesterday, managed 15 mins each side. After that I hosed myself down with the garden hose and it felt amazing, I then stood in the shade, naked, cooling off 🫠 |

I will need some refreshment later, I need to take my bike for a service so I will be in leathers for most of the afternoon, so rain would be nice this evening and probably a cold beer after a cold shower |

Van has been in for a service the past few days so the commute has been in the gravel bike.
Getting home and stripping off the Lycra and letting what little breeze there is cool me down (caught the neighbour having a peek too yesterday at me in my birthday suit😂) |

Drinking an ice cold cider in the garden. Just like by you OP, it absolutely belted down last night, and I was tempted to strip off to cool down, but my son was watching the football with me. It may have looked a bit odd, so I carried on sweating like a pig at an abattoir. |
