The ultimate continental brekkie is 2 tiny nuclear strength coffees, a grappa, a chocolate pastry thingie and 4 fags.
This week has been grim, I pulled the plug on a couple of days, despite being behind from the week before.
Pretty hopeful for next week, just hoping to peel myself off the floor for the weekend  |

A little too hot for the hot tub and the Sauna but the pool is definitely going to get a bit of action this morning. We are off to a BBQ with friends tonight and out in the village with friends tomorrow - should be a lovely weekend. |

Steady 27 minutes today. Sweated buckets! Working my way back down towards where I was before calf injuries which was a consistent 23/24 minutes.
Thanks for volunteering. It’s great the people that do their share. I’ve done 70 runs and 9 volunteering, I think a ration of 1/10 is about the sweet spot so I’m ahead |

Super late, as is my wont. I only got up at 11:15 (one of the side effects of being Mistress of ze Night).
I assumed the kitchen would be closed, so I made myself bacon and eggs with toast and a cup of tea.
Currently sitting here in a gauzy sundress contemplating doing the hoovering. 🙄 |

Well, I might have left overs from last night, I made chicken in a peanut and honey sauce - my son loved it, so guess it was OK. Quite like an icecold tea with lemon please if that is on the cards.
