Poor business model.
Most people would visit once for the novelty and that's it.
I'm not sure the women who worked there are the best paid when it is them who being in the customers.
Still got places in Thailand etc where older men spend their pensions |

Went to the one in Nottingham. I drove a minibus of friends from London to Nottingham to go to rock city for the night. The next day we were looking for somewhere to eat. Too many people to make a choice so I made the executive decision as the driver that we would stop there. Was alright. Stand out moment was when one of the girls in our groups bought a hooters t shirt like the staff wore and put it on in the toilets. As we were leaving i picked her up and slung her over my shoulder like I was stealing one of the waitresses. |

There's one in Notts that I've passed a few times but it's not something that ever appealed to me. The premise is pretty much waitresses in tight t-shirts that serves average food at a higher price because of the gimmick. |

I may have obtained permission for the Hooters to move in to Bristol Harbourside around 2010, which resulted in a campaign by mum's net and the tabloid heading: ""Mumsnet out in force over Bristol Hooters" |

Went to the one in Newcastle while on a stag do......food was actually not bad however got mine for free as they forgot about my order with the rest of the group.
Yeah bit of a gimmick, think the business model relies on the groups (football fans nights out, stag do's etc) |
