Could you not just look for places that do boudoir photography, have a conversation with them and mention who you are and see what they say? Or do you feel someone who understands trans may cater for your needs more?
Please forgive me, I don't know anyone who is trans, so I'm not sure how it would need to differentiate from anyone else having a photo shoot? I would hate to think you were ripped off because someone was a "specialist", especially if it turned out they were mediocre!

If you search the boudoir online, they do really nice boudoir trans makeover photography, I think she’s called Jodie lynn |
