Contrary to the posts in the forum, you are not alone.
I’m in a permanently sexless marriage and still have strong desires for intimacy.
I love my wife and respect her choice and health situation but that doesn’t diminish my desire for sexual intimacy.
All I can say is the guilt gets less impactful over time.
If your sex life at home is amazing, then you probably should feel plenty of guilt!

To be fair, I’m on a swingers site as a solo married man which is really not the point of the website.

For the longest time, yes.
In the last 12 months I've done a lot of soul searching and focused on myself, who I am, what I want. This has led me to feel absolutely no guilt whatsoever after I cum in recent months.
